FY2012 HAMILTON STREET SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BUDGET

 

                The following is submitted as the Hamilton Street Special Improvement District Budget for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2011 and ending June 30, 2012.

 

                BE IT RESOLVED that the following shall constitute the Hamilton Street Special Improvement District Budget for FY2012:

 

                BE IT RESOLVED that said budget be published in the Courier News in the issue of June 20, 2011.

 

                Notice is hereby given that the following budget was approved by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset on June 14, 2011.

 

                A hearing on the budget will be held at the Franklin Township Municipal Complex, Council Chambers on July 12, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at which time and place taxpayers and all persons having an interest therein shall be given an opportunity to present objections.

INTRODUCED ORDINANCE NO. 3939-11

 

The following Ordinance was Introduced and read for the first time at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey on June 14, 2011.  This Ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the said Township Council, at the Municipal Complex, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ on July 12, 2011 at a meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned.  All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such Ordinance.  During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.

 

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN BY ADDING A NEW CHAPTER 188, TO BE ENTITLED FIREWOOD.

 

SUMMARY

 

This ordinance provides requirements for the storage of firewood used for fuel or decorative burning in a fireplace or stove.

                The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, was introduced and passed upon first reading at a meeting of the governing body of the Township of Franklin, in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey (the “Township”), on June 14, 2011.  It will be further considered for final passage, after public hearing thereon, at a meeting of the governing body to be held at the Township Municipal Building in said Township on July 12, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.  During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours at the Clerk’s office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.  The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows:
