PUBLIC NOTICE
BOND ORDINANCE NO. 3908-10 STATEMENTS AND SUMMARY
The bond ordinance, the summary terms of which are included herein, has been finally adopted by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, in the County of Somerset, State of New Jersey on October 12, 2010 and the twenty (20) day period of limitation within which a suit, action or proceeding questioning the validity of such ordinance can be commenced, as provided in the Local Bond Law, has begun to run from the date of the first publication of this statement. Copies of the full ordinance are available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for members of the general public who request the same. The summary of the terms of such bond ordinance follows:

Purpose(s): |
Amend the description of Bond Ordinance Number 3452 (which provides for the resurfacing of various roadways and the parking lot of the Department of Public Works Facility) to include the Campus Drive Storm Sewer Emergency Repair Project, which includes but is not limited to, the replacement of approximately 250 linear feet of failed elliptical corrugated metal storm water pipe on Campus Drive west of Howard Avenue with reinforced concrete pipe, the restoration of damaged roadway pavement with full depth asphalt pavement consisting of dense graded aggregate, bituminous concrete base course and bituminous concrete asphalt surface course |
