PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following ordinances were approved for final adoption by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin at a Regular Meeting held February 9, 2010:
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 226 - VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, SECTION 226-13, NO PARKING (ADDING LILLIAN STREET) AND SECTION 226-20 – STOP INTERSECTIONS (ADDING LAKESIDE ROAD & FIRST STREET)
SUMMARY
An ordinance amending the Traffic Ordinance by adding no parking regulations on Lillian Street and Stop Intersection Regulations at the intersection of Lakeside Road and First Street

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 260, PARKS AND RECREATION, ADD NEW ARTICLE VIII, TRAILS, SECTION 260-41, PERMITTED USES.
An ordinance amending Code Chapter 260, Parks and Recreation, Article VIII, Trails, Section 260-41, Permitted Uses, by outlining the procedure of how the trails permitted use list is amended and removing said list from the ordinance.
