AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A LEASE AMENDMENT FOR CERTAIN PREMISES OWNED BY TRAP ROCK INDUSTRIES, INCORPORATED TO THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKLIN, IN THE COUNTY OF SOMERSET AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF COMMUNICATIONS ANTENNA AND TRANSMISSION LINE/RECEIVING EQUIPMENT FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1, 2007 THROUGH DECEMBER 31, 2007.

The following Ordinance was Introduced and read for the first time at a regular meeting of the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey on January 9, 2007. This Ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the said Township Council, at the Municipal Complex, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ on February 13, 2007 at a meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned. All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such Ordinance. This Ordinance will be further considered for final passage by the said Township Council, at the Municipal Complex, 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ on January 23, 2007 at a meeting beginning at 7:00 pm, or at any time and place to which such meeting may be adjourned. All persons interested will be given the opportunity to be heard concerning such Ordinance. During the week prior to and up to and including the date of such meeting copies of the full ordinance will be available at no cost and during regular business hours, at the Clerk’s office for the members of the general public who shall request the same.
ORDINANCE NO. 3653A
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE CODE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF FRANKIN, COUNTY OF SOMERSET, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, MORE PARTICULARLY CHAPTER 112, DEVELOPMENT, SECTION 112-6(B), OFFICIAL ZONING MAP (CHANGE ZONE DESIGNATION OF BLOCK 512, LOT 12.01 AND BLOCK 511, LOTS 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 3, 5.01 AND 5.02 FROM ZONE DESIGNATON ROL TO A).
This ordinance changes the designation of Block 512, Lot 12.01 and Block 511, Lots 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 3, 5.01 and 5.02 (Weston Road) from zone designation ROL (Research-Office-Laboratory) to A (Agricultural).
BE IT ORDAINED by the Township Council of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey that the Code of the Township of Franklin is hereby amended in accordance with the recommendation from the Franklin Township Master Plan as follows:
Chapter 112, Land Development – Article II, Section 112-6, Zoning Districts and Zoning Map, Paragraph (B) Official Zoning Map is amended as follows:
Official Zoning Map is amended to change the designation of property known as: Block 512, Lot 12.01 and Block 511, Lots 2.02, 2.03, 2.04, 3 and 5 (Weston Road) from zone designation ROL (Research-Office-Laboratory) to A (Agricultural).
Each clause, section or subsection of this ordinance shall be deemed a separate provision to the intent that if any such clause, section or subsection should be declared invalid, the remainder of the ordinance shall not be affected.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with this ordinance are hereby repealed as the extent of such inconsistency.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption and publication according to law.
