The Township Council proclaimed March 11, 2007 to March 17, 2007 GIRL SCOUT WEEK, in honor of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Girl Scouts of the U.S.A. Members of Franklin’s Troop 936 started the March 13, 2007 Council meeting with a flag ceremony and Girl Scout Schuyler Smith led  those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance.
