Franklin Township Proclamations FRANKLIN’S PROCLAMATIONS HONOR FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, New Jersey—March 15, 2006—The Franklin Township Council at their March 14 meeting had three proclamations: Randal Pinkett, Girl Scouts and Franklin Township Little League. Donald Trump’s newest apprentice and Franklin resident Randal Pinkett Wednesday, March 15, 2006 is Randal Pinkett Day in Franklin Township in honor of his outstanding achievements and his newest honor being named Donald Trump’s apprentice in the 4th season of the popular TV show.
Girl Scout Week March 5-11, 2006 is proclaimed Girl Scout Week in Franklin in recognition and support of the contributions made by Girl Scouts and adult volunteers toward improving the quality of life in Franklin Township. The local program is growing steadily and providing opportunities for hundreds of girls each year.
Franklin Township Little League Day April 8, 2006 is Franklin Township Little League Day in recognition and support of all the participants and adult volunteers of Franklin Township Little League. More than 600 youth in the Township will be participating this year. Franklin resident Earl Williams, the 1971 National League Rookie of the Year and All Star, will lead the annual Little League parade on opening day, April 8, 2006.
