Franklin Township Proclamations FRANKLIN’S PROCLAMATIONS HONOR FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, New Jersey—April 25, 2006—The Franklin Township Council at their April 25th meeting had four proclamations: Arbor Day, Public Helath Awareness Month, Black History Month, and Commendation of Rescue Squads. Franklin residents can watch the presentations, as well as the entire council meeting, on local government access channel FTTV-25.
