PROCLAMATIONS AND COMMENDATIONS

October 9, 2007

          • The Township Council proclaimed the week of October 22-26, 2007 COMMUNITY OPTIONS DISABILITY AWARENESS WEEK. The goal of the week is to give individuals with disabilities the opportunities and support needed in order to exercise their full rights and responsibilities as citizens and to  pursue meaningful and productive lives.

           

          •  The Township Council proclaimed October NATIONAL BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH, and urged all women and their families to get the facts about breast cancer.

           

          • The Township Council proclaimed October NATIONAL ARTS AND HUMANITIES MONTH.
