2. Discuss when combined November/December meeting should be held and decide on date. Attendance at this meeting will be important to get input and set priorities for 2003. I will also be giving overview of what I learned at Core training in Cape May. Very important for maximal attendance!

3. Reminder about planting 10/26-rain or shine 9 am at Al's farm. Volunteers needed. If postponed, I will call/e-mail those who agreed to volunteer ONLY.

4. Op-Cop-postponed until spring.

5. Tree maintenance. Do we need to do any? Pruning of small trees in DeLar, Flemer, East Millstone and on Al's farm-designate someone to do this for each park. For Flemer, if trees have died, may want to coordinate with Berit to transplant some from Al's farm that have done well (tulip poplar).

6. Environmental Commission guidelines. Jeff and I have finished. Will distribute copies at next meeting. Thanks to Sheila for typing.

7. Dinner-set a date if we want to do it and let me know. Spouses, children are welcome. Have at O'Connor's or other suggestions? Not free. Sunday brunch an alternative, too, but may conflict with Church for some.

8. Set final date for next year's meeting. So far, Al has been the only one to reply and has suggested we keep as is (fourth Thursday). I agree. Also decide on date for 2003 combined Nov/Dec meeting so we don't schedule on Thanksgiving or Christmas. We will incorporate this from the beginning.
