SUNSHINE NOTICE

Be it resolved, that, in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act P.L. 1975, Chapter 231, the SHADE TREE COMMISSION of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey, in a resolution dated January 26th 2012, has adopted the following meeting schedule for 2012:

January 26
February 23
March 22
April 26
May 24
June 28
July 26
August-no meeting
September 27
October 25
November 15
December-no meeting

All meetings will be held at the Franklin Township Municipal Building larger conference room at 7:30 pm. Official action may be taken.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Courier News, Home News Tribune and the Princeton Packet are hereby designated as those newspapers to whom adequate notice must be given in accordance with Section 14.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reasonable sum to be paid by and individual requesting copies of the regular Meeting Schedule or revisions to same shall be $20.00.
