SUNSHINE NOTICE

Be it resolved, that, in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act P.L. 1975, Chapter 231, the SHADE TREE COMMISSION of the Township of Franklin, County of Somerset and State of New Jersey, in a resolution dated November 15th 2007, has adopted the following meeting schedule for 2008:

January 24
February 28
March 27
April 24
May 22
June 26
July 24
August 28
September 25
October 23
November 20
December-no meeting

All meetings will be held at the Franklin Township Municipal Building at 7:30 pm unless otherwise noted above. Official action may be taken.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Courier News, Home News Tribune and the Princeton Packet are hereby designated as those newspapers to whom adequate notice must be given in accordance with Section 14.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the reasonable sum to be paid by and individual requesting copies of the regular Meeting Schedule or revisions to same shall be $20.00.
