Emergency Announcements:
In the case of an emergency situation within the Township, including weather, water, etc., public service announcements are made on the following radio stations:

WCTC - 1450 AM
WMGQ - 98.3 FM
WAWZ - 99.1 FM

The Township also has a "Reverse 9-1-1" system whereby, in cases where the emergency is not readily apparent and residents would not automatically tune into the emergency radio stations, all affected residents are called by telephone with computerized messages.
