CONVENIENCE CENTER

NEW PRICES AS OF APRIL 1, 2026

MAIL ORDER FORM

Location:  Corner of School Ave. & Berry St.

Car - $20.00 per trip / 6 trips for $95.00

Description: A vehicle with two or four doors which has a separate trunk.

BRUSH PASS - $10.00 per trip / 6 trips $45.00

SUV (sport utility vehicle /crossover vehicle/mini van/station wagon - $40.00 per trip / 6 trips for $195.00

Description: A vehicle with a factory-installed rear bench seat or captain chairs, upright and in place, directly behind the driver's seat and has a cargo area.

BRUSH PASS - $20.00 per trip / 6 trips $95.00

Passenger Van/Cargo Van - $70.00 per trip / 6 trips for $345.00

Description (Passenger Van): A vehicle designed, modified, or otherwise capable of being configured to carry not less than 8 passengers and no more than 15 passengers, including the driver.

Description (Cargo Van): A vehicle that has space for two passengers and the remaining area is used to haul cargo.

BRUSH PASS - $35.00 per trip / 6 trips $170.00

Pickup Truck - $80.00 per trip / 6 trips for $395.00

Description: body can be no longer than 8 feet long. All pickup trucks loaded twice as high as the height of the body sidewalls will be charged for two trips.

BRUSH PASS - $40.00 per trip / 6 trips $195.00

Trailer - $80.00 per trip / 6 trips for $395.00

Description: body cannot be longer than 8 feet long. (plus vehicle fee if vehicle has debris).

BRUSH PASS - $40.00 per trip plus vehicle cost if has materials / 6 trips $195.00

NOT ALLOWED: Rack body, flat bed, dump truck, cube van, closed in trailers, no rentals, no vehicle with commercial plates.

*Additional Fees:

  • $15.00 per appliance to drop off containing freon 
  • $10.00 per tire to drop off all tires

To purchase a pass: Residents Only, No Businesses can purchase during business hours only.

  • Public Works - 40 Churchill Road, Somerset
    Monday - Friday -  7:00am-2:45pm  (excluding holidays)
  • Township Clerk's Office - 475 DeMott Lane, Somerset
    Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm (excluding holidays)

Must present a valid driver's license to verify residency in order to qualify to purchase a pass and enter the Convenience Center.

All items must be sorted as required and deposited in the proper receptacles.

Pass is required for Brush/Shrub Trimmings, Hedge Clippings, Branches not larger than 4” in diameter or 4 feet in length

Not Accepted - Grass, tree stumps, tree trunks or tree parts from below ground level

To purchase a pass for other items: 

Open to Residents ONLY – ALL  RESIDENTS  MUST  present valid Driver’s License to verify residency to qualify and purchase a pass.
