Let Nature Be Your Light- Summer Firefly Nature Walk

Griggstown, New Jersey 08540 - Introduction: Join the Franklin Township Trails Advisory & the Franklin Township Astronomy Club for a beautiful trail walk led by the fireflies!
LET NATURE BE YOUR LIGHT!
Join the Franklin Township Trails Advisory Committee for an unforgettable evening under the stars!
8:00 PM – Firefly Walk
Take a guided evening stroll (approximately 1 mile) and experience the magic of fireflies lighting the trail.
9:30 PM – Astronomy Observation & Activities
Explore the night sky through high-powered telescopes with the Franklin Township Astronomy Club! View the moon, star clusters, and distant galaxies.
Learn more about the Dark Skies Initiative from the Franklin Township Environmental Commission and discover simple ways to reduce light pollution and protect our beautiful night skies.

👨👩👧 Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the event.
