National Night Out is almost here!
National Night Out (NNO) is a township wide event designed to bring together law enforcement and the community, promoting awareness, safety, and neighborhood unity through fun, family friendly activities!
We’ll be taking over the Franklin Township Municipal Complex (475 DeMott Lane, Somerset) on Tuesday, August 4th from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM for an unforgettable evening with our community!
🚓 Come check out the FTPD vehicle fleet on full display, along with an exciting lineup of emergency service vehicles, high tech drones, and impressive heavy equipment, all available for attendees to explore up close!
🍔🍕 Come hungry! With Love Family Food Trucks, Bella Ciao Pizza, CT’s Bar-B-Que, Mr. Shaved Ice, and Dolato Espresso will be on site with plenty of delicious food, desserts, and treats available for purchase throughout the evening!
🎶 DJ Bishop of Sole Performance will be spinning all evening long, bringing the energy, good vibes, and the perfect soundtrack for a great night!
🚔 FTPD will also be offering guided building tours every half hour starting at 6:30 PM, with additional tours at 7:00, 7:30, and 8:00 PM. Spots are limited, so be sure to stop by the Community Relations tent early to reserve your time slot!
👕 The FTPD Community Relations Bureau has once again teamed up with the crew at Eat Sleep Race to create an exclusive 2026 National Night Out America 250 shirt! Quantities are limited, so be sure to visit their tent early to grab your FREE shirt before they’re gone!
🎟️ Be sure to stop by the Community Relations tent to receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win some awesome prizes at the end of the evening! Each attendee is eligible to receive one raffle ticket.
🅿️ Parking is available in the lot next to the Gazebo, at Sampson G. Smith School, and at the BOE building (Amwell Road & Charles Street). Handicap parking is located behind the gas pumps at the Municipal Complex.
