2023-2024 Tax amounts are now available online.

The 2023 3rd quarter tax bill due August 1st will now have an extended grace period to August 22nd. Bills will be mailed by July 28th.

Payments via Homeowners bank: Homeowners must take into consideration that the date of receipt from the town is an estimate from the bank and is not always guaranteed. Please schedule your payments with enough time in the event of an unexpected delay in order to avoid late payments.

After-Hour Payments: Drop box located outside the Public Safety Building/Police Station, 495 DeMott Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873 (*Gray Box Marked Tax and Water)
This is for “after hour” payments made by checks. NO CASH should be put into the drop box. Pickup will be at 8:30 a.m. in the morning. Payments made during the day should be brought to the Tax Collector’s payment window at the front window in the Municipal Building.
