Lateisha Pratt, 37, of Somerset, NJ was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of our jurisdiction. Pratt was processed and transported to the Somerset County Jail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

A Somerset, NJ resident was the victim of theft by deception on 03/31/2026. The victim received a pop-up notification on her computer claiming it was hacked. Shortly after, the victim received a phone call from an alleged Microsoft representative who advised her that her information was linked to various criminal activity. The unknown suspect convinced the victim to wire a total of $100,00.00 to two separate accounts. The suspect then requested an additional $500,000.00 from the victim and she declined. The victim realized she was being scammed.

Patrol located the vehicle, unoccupied, in the area of Franklin Ct. after it was tracked to the area. The vehicle had damage to the door handle and steering column. The damage was valued at $2,000.00.

Three unknown black males were captured on surveillance breaking the front glass door of the business to gain entry. The suspects stole $150.00 and merchandise valued at $300.00 before fleeing in a white vehicle.

Kamara Fode, 31, of Somerset, NJ was arrested by New Brunswick PD for an outstanding warrant out of our jurisdiction. Patrol located the victim’s vehicle, unoccupied, in the area of Phillips Rd. a few hours later. The vehicle had damage to the door handle and steering column.

The FTPD took custody of Williams and transported him to the Somerset County Jail after he was processed. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”
Derrick D. Guinyard, 57, of New Brunswick, NJ turned himself in on an outstanding warrant out of the Somerset County Prosecutor’s Office and the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office. Guinyard was processed and transported to the Somerset County Jail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

The vehicle was located, unoccupied, in the area of Drake Rd. shortly after. The investigation revealed that the suspect struck a parked vehicle and fled the area on foot.
