Joshi P. Verun, 37, of Somerset, NJ was arrested for obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest during an investigation in the area of Clifford Cir. Verun was placed under arrest after he refused to comply with a lawful investigation. During the arrest he resisted the officers’ attempts to place him in handcuffs.
