A Bridgewater, NJ resident was the victim of a theft on 06/24/26 in the area of Easton Ave.  The unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s unattended cell phone and withdrew $580.00 from the victim’s bank account. The cell phone was valued at $200.00.

Robert Holcomb, 58, of Somerset, NJ turned himself in on an outstanding warrant out of our jurisdiction. Holcomb was processed and transported to the Somerset County Jail. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

A Somerset, NJ resident was the victim of criminal mischief in the area of Maple Ave. during the morning hours. A juvenile male threw eggs at the victim’s residence.

A Somerset, NJ resident was the victim of a burglary and theft on 06/10/26 in the area of Parkside St. The unknown suspect(s) entered the victim’s residence and stole $500.00. There were no signs of forced entry.

A New Brunswick, NJ resident was the victim of a theft in the area of Tunnell Rd. during the afternoon hours. The unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s jewelry valued at $6,300.00.

A Staten Island, NY resident was the victim of a burglary and theft in the area of Hamilton St. during the daytime hours. An unknown black male was captured on surveillance entering the victim’s unoccupied residence. The suspect stole an AC unit valued at $100.00.

Sandip Puri, 51, of Somerset, NJ was arrested for an outstanding warrant out of South Brunswick, NJ. Puri was processed and turned over to South Brunswick PD. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

David J. Smith, 34, of Piscataway, NJ was arrested for defiant trespassing during an unwanted person investigation at a business located in the area of Somerset St. Smith was previously trespassed from the business at the request of management and was located in the store by responding officers. Smith was processed and released on a summons. “NOTE: We are required by the Rules of Court to include herein a statement explaining that the charges are merely an accusation, and that the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.”

A Somerset, NJ resident was the victim of a theft in the area of Archer St. during the overnight hours. The unknown suspect(s) stole the victim’s motor vehicle. A neighboring jurisdiction located the vehicle, unoccupied, with damage to a window and the ignition.

Patrol recovered a stolen license plate in the area of Hawthorne Dr. during the morning hours. The Florida plate was affixed to a vehicle that was for sale. The suspect(s) is unknown.

A business located in the area of Veronica Ave. was the victim of a theft during the afternoon hours. A black male stole a tip jar and fled the area in a Honda Accord. The jar contained approximately $100.00. The suspect has possibly been identified.

Four unknown black males were captured on surveillance loading the victim’s motorcycle into the back of a U-Haul truck. The motorcycle was valued at $6,000.00 and entered stolen into a national database.

Sean M. Vice, 60, of Monmouth Junction, NJ was arrested by South Brunswick PD on an outstanding warrant out of our jurisdiction.
