To register, please review the below eligibility guidelines and document requirements:

• Applicants must be unemployed or underemployed as of March 9, 2020.
• Applicants must be residents of Franklin Township.
• Acceptable Proof of Residency:

• Current NJ Driver’s License
• Utility Bill
• Current Pay Stub

• Applicants provide proof of income AND must be within the income limit guidelines outlined below

• Federal Income Taxes
• Unemployment Verification
