Virtual court sessions are being held to
mitigate public exposure to COVID-19
To minimize foot traffic at the Franklin/Millstone Municipal Courthouse during the COVID-19 pandemic, Franklin/Millstone Municipal Court is conducting virtual court sessions. Please complete and submit the below Virtual Court Registration Form. Not all cases are eligible for virtual court. Therefore, after submitting the registration form you will receive an e-mail confirmation informing you on how you are to proceed with your matter.
If your case qualifies for a virtual court session, we will schedule your matter. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with instructions on how to participate.
