Franklin250 Passport Program — Sponsors & Stamping

The Franklin250 Passport Program celebrates local businesses and rewards residents for exploring our community. Sponsors who are stamp‑eligible offer a discount and will stamp your passport when you visit and make a qualifying purchase. Other $250 sponsors generously contributed to the program without a stamp requirement.

How it works

  1. Pick up a Franklin250 Passport at participating businesses, the Municipal Building -475 DeMott Lane, or the Community/Senior Center - 505 DeMott Lane.
  2. Visit 15 out of the 21 participating retailers listed in the official Franklin 250 Passport.
  3. At each participating location, have the business stamp in the designated space on their passport page. There are 21 stamp‑eligible sponsors and 3 sponsors without a "Stamp Here" blank space as they are supporters only.
  4. Once your passport has been stamped by 15 or more businesses before the passport deadline- Friday, September 4, 2026, submit your passport to the Township for a prize drawing.

Important Guidelines:

  • Passports must contain 15 Township approved stamps to qualify. More than 15 stamps do not improve chances to winning.
  • One passport entry per person.
  • Participants must be 18+ (21+ where indicated). Age restricted retailers cannot provide stamps to individuals who do not meet the legal age requirement.
  • Only official Franklin 250 Passport stamps from participating retailers will be accepted.
  • Passports deemed illegible, incomplete, and/or featuring fraudulent stamps will be discarded.
  • The Franklin 250 committee will make 3 attempts to contact a winner before moving to the next winner.
  •  Grand prizes will be announced at Franklin Day, Saturday, September 26, 2026 at the Township Municipal Complex, 475DeMott Lane, Somerset.

Discounts are offered at the business’s discretion, may require a qualifying purchase, and may not be combined with other promotions. One stamp per eligible visit unless otherwise noted.

Prize Submission

BEFORE the passport deadline, Friday, September 4, 2026, please turn in your completed passport to the Township to be entered for  one of the grand prizes.
