Griggstown Reformed Church
1065 Canal Road, Griggstown

The Griggstown Reformed Church was established June 21, 1842, as The First Protestant Dutch Church of Griggstown. The cornerstone was laid on October 19 of 1842. This was the first church in Griggstown and served as a place of worship, social activity and place to exchange local and world information . The sanctuary housed a beautiful pipe organ for many years. The organ has been dismantled due to irreparable damage over the years. The church celebrated its 175th anniversary in 2017 and continues to serve people from Franklin , South Brunswick, Montgomery and Hillsborough townships. It maintains the atmosphere and fellowship of a small country church while welcoming everyone to visit and join.
